Please note that all YouTube Reshares orders get processed instantly.
The reason for the NA in the panel is simply because YouTube does not have an API call for Reshares. In fact, they do not even show this publicly.
As such, we are unable to report on this in the panel too.
That being said, please check your video analytics a few days after placing the order to see all the reshares.
